100pcs Passenger Tricycle Exported To Tanzania
We provide this customer with a one-stop service, from localized product customization, expedited cross-border logistics, to after-sales parts support. To address Tanzanian road conditions, we upgraded the tricycle’s shock absorber system to a reinforced spring system. From order delivery to production completion, we completed the process in just 20 days. We also included some spare parts for minor wear. Once the tuk tuk was put into operation, it was fully adapted to local usage scenarios.

This client is a professional vehicle dealer specializing in commercial vehicles such as cargo tricycles.We customized the product based on local market needs. The frame is constructed of thickened manganese steel to increase the load capacity to 800kg. The tires are upgraded to highly wear-resistant off-road tires, and the engine is tuned for local low-grade fuel to reduce user failures. We also provide exclusive dealer customization services, including engraving the client’s brand logo on the vehicle body to enhance its recognition in the end market. This cost advantage has given the client a competitive edge in the local market.
40pcs Passenger Exported To Congo
The customer specifically requested 40 passenger tricycles, specifying 6-8 seats, 200cc engine, enhanced shock absorption and wear-resistant tires, and a red (15 units) and yellow (25 units) color scheme. We customized the product in detail based on the customer’s needs. During the production process, our quality supervisors oversaw the entire vehicle assembly and performance testing process in accordance with the quality standards agreed upon in the contract. They focused on key areas such as engine performance, shock absorption system strength, tire wear resistance, and fuel tank sealing. After production was complete, each of the 40 passenger tricycles underwent commissioning and performance testing (such as unloaded and fully loaded driving tests, hill climbing tests, and braking performance tests) to ensure that all vehicles met quality requirements. We also regularly sent videos and photos to the customer to keep them informed of production progress, which in turn fostered their confidence. Ultimately, we successfully established a long-term partnership with the customer, who expressed interest in increasing their purchase volume based on local market demand.
